Demon’s Souls: Six Archstones

The Demon’s Souls pattern on the endpaper features symbols referencing the six archstones.

Five are functional in the game and the art competition‘s theme was to imagine what the sixths archstone might hold.

According to art director Andrew P Hind (Instagram) he decided to use a hexagon approach for the Soul Arts pattern because of the 6 archstones of Demon’s Souls (Source).
