Caryll’s Fate by Istrandar (Twitter, Instagram) is featured in Soul Arts on page 227.

The artwork contains lots of runes. The Formless Oedon rune is featured in the endpapers.

Many of the other runes are references to Bloodborne and some are new creations. One rune in the endpapers looks like a modification of the Heir rune with a split center line. Maybe a reference to Bloodborne II (which was the theme of the art competition)?
